The Swiss village nobody searches for — and why that matters.

The village sits just off the main road, where the last of the houses gives way to forest and the sound of water becomes the day's main soundtrack.

We spent the morning walking a path that barely registers on maps and ended the afternoon on a low stone bridge, watching the light move across a field without trying to turn it into a spectacle.
